Instructions
Shake well before use. Add 1 pump to your favourite hot or cold drink (we love ours in a morning coffee!), or consume on its own if you don’t mind the flavour. Wipe the pump with a clean tissue after use. You can increase to 2-3 pumps per day depending on what works for you.
